GREEN CHILE CREAMED CORN:

White shoe peg corn & yellow corn baked with diced green chiles, cream cheese, salt & pepper. 

 

BACON-CHEDDAR PINWHEEL:

Puff pastry pinwheels rolled up with cream cheese, ranch seasoning, chives, cheddar cheese and bacon.
